We craft our Cabernet Sauvignon primarily from grapes grown along California’s cool Central Coast. Full-bodied, yet smooth and easy-drinking, this wine offers lovely blackberry and cinnamon spice aromas and a sumptuous palate of dark berry, dried cherry, vanilla and toasted oak flavors, culminating in a soft, full finish.
The Cabernet is a full-bodied wine displaying lovely aromas of black currants with hints of vanilla and toasty oak. Flavors of juicy red berries and chocolate come
together with smooth tannins, leading to a soft and lingering finish. The wine pairs well with filet mignon and roast duck as well as wild mushroom ravioli.
