Monterey County is among California’s finest growing regions, with the unique influence of coastal fog and cool sea breezes. This complex, full-bodied Chardonnay is fresh and bright. Tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and banana are accented by hints of floral spice and creamy oak. The rich palate of lush citrus, pineapple and mango flavors persists through a long, refreshing finish.
The Chardonnay opens with tropical aromas of pineapple, apricot, lemon zest and vanilla. On the palate, the Chardonnay is light and clean with hints of pineapple, green apple, tart lemon and lemon blossoms with a touch of sweetness on the finish. The wine is great paired with fresh fish and most pasta dishes.
