We’re excited that the program is evolving to better meet our ongoing commitment to enhance your experience with Black Box. We’re making it easier to earn and redeem points and providing a new line-up of crave-worthy prizes. We are still working on the new program so the details below are subject to change.
Before the new program launches, redeem your points in the Rewards dashboard like you usually do!
The current program is currently scheduled to end at 11:59 pm PST on 11/30/25 before the launch of the new program. You can begin earning new points in the new program once we're live!
If you're already a current member, good news! You'll just need to log onto your account using the same email address and accept the new terms and conditions.
In an effort to make earning and redeeming points easier, the current tier-system will not be reintroduced in the new program.
